Hi, I’m Blair McCallum, the FARE Youth Worker at the school. You’ll often find me in the Partnership Hub or out and about around the school, connecting with students and staff. With a degree in Sports Studies, I’m always eager to dive into new and exciting challenges. I’m here to support you, so don’t be a stranger—if you see me around, feel free to say hello or stop for a chat!

My role is to support the young people of Whitehill Secondary School in improving their attendance and attainment, helping them achieve their full potential. I also focus on promoting employment opportunities, guiding students on their journey toward positive and fulfilling destinations after school.
Working closely with S4, S5, and S6 students, I provide tailored one-on-one and group interventions designed to meet their specific needs. Through innovative initiatives, I aim to develop their employability skills, foster personal growth, and empower them to succeed both in school and beyond.
