Hi, I’m Blair McCallum, the FARE Youth Worker at the school. You’ll often find me in the Partnership Hub or out and about around the school, connecting with students and staff. With a degree in Sports Studies, I’m always eager to dive into new and exciting challenges. My Role
My Role
My role is to support the young people of Whitehill Secondary School in improving their attendance and attainment, helping them achieve their full potential. I also focus on promoting employment opportunities, guiding students on their journey toward positive and fulfilling destinations after school.
Working closely with S4, S5, and S6 students, I provide tailored one-on-one and group interventions designed to meet their specific needs. Through innovative initiatives, I aim to develop their employability skills, foster personal growth, and empower them to succeed both in school and beyond.
